Like a Duck in the Pond

Honestly, sometimes I feel like a duck in the pond. It is so much activity in life. Juggling everything at once could be overwhelming. Expectations and pressures are building up, and if we will not take a break- we could break mentally, emotionally. 

I found a solution and it’s simple. It is to take five minutes brakes between the tasks and just to sit, to take a deep breath, and drink some tea or coffee. It is also helpful to read an inspiring book. Even if it’s only one page. I love to listen to inspiring music or look at uplifting art. All these activities take me to another dimension without today’s problems and pressures.
